Tour Reservation Policy:
Turkey Travel Bazaar accepts only Mastercard or Visa Credit Card.
Turkey Travel Bazaar will charge the Money in Euro, USD or TRY currence
When you make payment, payment will be listed as TURKEY TRAVEL BAZAAR on the credit card statement.
The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on our web site or agreed amount, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
If you cancel the tour at least 15 calendar days in advance, there is no cancellation fee. Only %10 administration fee will be charged of the total amount.
If you cancel the tour between 7 and 14 calendar days prior to start of the tour, %50 will be charged as cancellation fees.
If you cancel the tour within 7 calendar days prior to start of the tour, %100 will be charged as cancellation fees. NO REFUNDS will be made to clients by TURKEY TRAVEL BAZAAR.
Promotional Tours Cancellation Policy:
Full amount will be paid for the promotional tours. If you cancel the promotional tours that you booked, there is NO REFUNDS. %100 will be charged as cancellation fees.
Administration Fee:
For ALL cancellations a non-refundable administration fee of 10% on the total tour package price per person will be charged. This low fee is to cover the costs of administering your reservation and will be applied to all cancellations processed regardless of the tour start date.
